This is wrong. It is contrary to the attorney general's own words to the committee.

It's fundamental law that executive privilege cannot hide misconduct. You cannot use the executive privilege to hide misconduct by the president or by anybody around him.

Therefore, they're lying.

Bribery is obviously an impeachable offense. Bribery is contained within the accusation that the House levels of abuse of power.
