Well, we've been trying to proceed with the fierce urgency of now since May when we passed the initial version of the heroes act on May 15th, then again, passed a second version of the Heroes Act on October 1st. But unfortunately, our colleagues on the other side of the Capitol, as well as President Trump, have been missing in action.
