If the appropriate Committee were to look at the proceedings of the Rules Committee and decide to require that those Committee meetings be held on the floor of the House, as has been suggested, I believe the number one, smoking gun piece of evidence would be the Sensenbrenner PATRIOT Act bill, the 700-page one.
