What concerns me, however, is that much has happened since 2021, including efforts by some on the extreme right wing, like Florida's Governor Ron DeSantis, to politicize diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts in an attempt to ignite his own, I guess, Presidential campaign.
