Mr. Speaker, I just want to state that the notion that this bill is not supported by the administration is just blatantly false. Just last week, the Biden administration released a Statement of Administration Policy in full support of the bill and noted the urgent need to address threats to the human rights of LGBTQI-plus, not just abroad but right here in the United States of America.
