I apparently missed it earlier; I want to thank Mr. Garrett especially for his request earlier to make sure that we included on this bill every Member from the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut delegations as sponsors of this bill, and every member of the committee. I want to thank the ranking member, Ms. Waters, for agreeing to be an original cosponsor on this bill. It shows that we're all working at this together. And I want to thank Mr. Garrett for his cooperation in allowing everybody from this delegation, both Democrats and Republicans, to be a part of this bill. Now I'd like to yield 2 minutes to the distinguished whip of the Democratic Conference, the individual who walked with me in Breezy Point and up and down Rockaway Beach, the Honorable Steny Hoyer.
