Mr. Chair, I will just simply say, very briefly, when you hear from Israel, its leaders, Israel's national security advisor publicly praising Qatar's role as crucial, and when I visited Israel and talked to the head of their defense, talked to Prime Minister Netanyahu, all said that Qatar was crucial to this negotiation. Let's not do this. It is the wrong time. Mr. Chair, I yield back the balance of my time. The Acting CHAIR (Mr. Moolenaar). The question is on the amendment offered by the gentleman from Tennessee (Mr. Ogles). The amendment was agreed to. Amendment No. 8 Offered by Mr. Ogles The Acting CHAIR. It is now in order to consider amendment No. 8 printed in part C of House Report 118-280.
