When we look at our capital market systems, which I believe to be the envy of the world--everyone looks at it, this is the envy of the world--it seems that for it to work best, we would want our institutional investors to have access to independent analysis provided by proxy advisors or any other source of their choosing to enable them to make the most informed decisions possible.
