Mr. Chair, I appreciate the gentleman's comments. Again, only 37 percent of pregnant inmates utilize these programs. I think that it is very common sense to make sure that more people are aware of these programs, both staff employees and those who are incarcerated. Mr. Chair, I yield back the balance of my time.
