I do not think, as I read the court decision--because it is based on that executive order--I do not believe that they are going to be penalized. Certainly by the time this bill reaches the conference, I am sure that we can iron that out. I think it will be resolved by a change in the executive order, in which the Governor had no intention of banning recruiters, military recruiters, from those campuses.
