As a matter of fact, when I mentioned that we had taken all of the recommendations by the Grace Commission, the Concord Commission, et cetera, we had over a trillion dollars in cuts, and included in that was a recommendation to do away with the dairy as well and a lot of other things. They had a recommendation, for instance, to raise the Medicare qualifications from 65 to 67 years. That was dropped. The dairy was dropped. If we had had the votes, we could have kept it all in, but we were unable to do that.
