If it is modified, and the Governor says his intent is to do so, then certainly he is not going to see that SUNY loses $21 million in jobs and financial aid. I have a lot of faith, and I do not agree with Governor Cuomo on a lot of things, but he is a man of his word. I assume he is going to live up to it.
