We want the animals to be tested. We want to make a determination as to where the animal came from if he does test positive for mad cow disease or any other kind of disease. What we are saying is that we are going to deny funds under this amendment to those animals, such as this one here, from entering the food chain and from being consumed by my constituents or your constituents.
