One of the concerns I have vis-a-vis the Middle East is that there are a number of our colleagues who, in order to demonstrate their fealty to the U.S.-Israel relationship, will insist that we have a more prudent or a zero approach to assistance in other countries in the region thinking that it is an either/or situation.
