Executive Order No. 7709-A of September 16, 1937, as modified by Executive Order No. 7776 of December 27, 1937, abolishing the National Emergency Council, is hereby further modified so as to extend the date for the abolishment of the said National Emergency Council and for the transfer of its funds, records and property, to June 30, 1939, unless the said Council shall be sooner abolished by order of the President.
