It is ordered that the Executive Order of March 28, 1924, creating Reservoir Site Reserve No. 16, be, and it is hereby, modified to the extent necessary to enable the Federal Power Commission to issue permits, and licenses and amendments thereof for power projects on the unsurveyed tracts in T. 23 S., R. 6 E., Willamette Meridian, Oregon.
