By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 4, 1897, it is ordered that the following-described tracts of land in Alaska be, and they are hereby, excluded from the Tongass National Forest and restored to entry under the applicable public-land laws:

The jurisdiction granted by this order shall cease at the expiration of the six months' period following the termination of the unlimited national emergency declared by Proclamation No. 2487 of May 27, 1941.
