It is ordered that the public lands south of the Cimarron base line in the State of Oklahoma, and north of the north boundary line of the State of Texas, be, and they are hereby, withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, or entry.

Possession of any mine or mines taken under this order shall be terminated by the Secretary of the Interior as soon as he determines that such possession is no longer required for the successful prosecution of the war.
