It is ordered that the public lands in township 40 north, range 84 west of the sixth principal meridian, Wyoming, be, and they are hereby, withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, or entry, pending a resurvey of said township under the act of March 3, 1909

Possession of any mine or mines taken under this order shall be terminated by the Secretary of the Interior as soon as he determines that such possession is no longer required for the successful prosecution of the war.
The Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to take possession of any and all such mines.
