I, Franklin D. Roosevelt, President of the United States, pursuant to authority vested in me by Title I of the National Industrial Recovery Act, approved June 16, 1933, and otherwise, do issue the following rules and regulations for the administration of said paragraph 2 of Section 3 of said Code until February 1, 1935.
