By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 20 of the act of June 10, 1922.
The Nazi war machine has stripped them of raw materials and machine tools and trucks and locomotives.
I have never for an instant wavered in my belief that an agreement to insure world peace and security can be reached.
Peace can endure only so long as humanity really insists upon it, and is willing to work for it- and sacrifice for it.
