FDR: “the said lands are hereby reserved as a refuge and breeding ground for native birds and other wildlife”

I recommend that the Congress authorize the acceptance of the Constitution and the participation of the United States in the work of the Food and Agriculture Organization.

All Federal agencies are directed to cooperate with the Secretary of the Interior to the fullest extent possible.

The Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to take possession of any and all such mines.

It may be in another week or ten days.
