As their Commander in Chief I call upon you, my fellow Americans, to oversubscribe the 1945 Red Cross War Fund.
The structure of world peace cannot be the work of one man, or one party, or one Nation.
That the President appoint a commission for these purposes.
Our participation in the Food and Agriculture Organization will be an essential step in this collaboration.
