And by virtue of the authority vested in me by section 2380 of the Revised Statutes of the United States, it is further ordered that the above-described land be, and it is hereby, reserved for townsite purposes to be disposed of in conformity with the provisions of sections 2382 to 2386, inclusive, of the Revised Statutes of the United States.

Possession of any mine or mines taken under this order shall be terminated by the Secretary of the Interior as soon as he determines that such possession is no longer required for the successful prosecution of the war.
