I know that the word 'planning' is not looked upon with favor in some circles.
All sections of our population—labor, farmers, businessmen have shared and will share in the benefits which increased trade brings.
It will recommend agricultural policies and advise Nations on their food and agricultural problems, but it will have no power to coerce or command.
Peace can endure only so long as humanity really insists upon it, and is willing to work for it- and sacrifice for it.
