We are absolutely un changed in our policy of two years ago, for immediate Filipino independence.

Improved standards of nutrition, increased levels of farm incomes, avoidance of agricultural surpluses—these are among the important objectives that the Food and Agriculture Organization will assist the Nations of the world in achieving.

I wish I had the power, just for this evening, to be present at all of these gatherings.
