Executive Order No. 8827 of July 24, 1941, exempting Harry T. Edwards, senior technologist, Bureau of Plant Industry, Department of Agriculture, from compulsory retirement for age for a period of one year ending October 31, 1941, is hereby amended so as to exempt Mr. Edwards from compulsory retirement for a period of one year ending October 31, 1942.
