To ascertain and report to the President whether any code or codes of fair competition approved under the authority of title I of the National Industrial Recovery Act are designed to promote monopolies or to eliminate or oppress small enterprises or operate to discriminate against them.

Possession of any mine or mines taken under this order shall be terminated by the Secretary of the Interior as soon as he determines that such possession is no longer required for the successful prosecution of the war.
The Secretary of the Interior shall make employment available and provide protection to all employees working at such mines.
