Proclamation No. 1519 of April 16, 1919, withdrawing certain lands in Alaska for town-site and other purposes in connection with the construction and operation of railroad lines, is hereby revoked as to the following-described areas in the NE ¼ sec. 34, T. 13 N., R. 4 W., Seward Meridian, Alaska.
