By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 1 of the act of June 25, 1910, c. 421, 36 Stat. 847, the Executive Orders of December 5, 1913, January 13, 1915, as modified by Interpretation No. 70 of June 16, 1928, and February 23, 1928, are hereby revoked.
