The name of the customs port of entry of Marshfield, Oregon, in Customs Collection District Number 29 (Oregon), is changed to Coos Bay, Oregon.
The Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to take possession of any and all such mines.
The Secretary of the Interior shall make employment available and provide protection to all employees working at such mines.
I recommend that the Congress authorize the acceptance of the Constitution and the participation of the United States in the work of the Food and Agriculture Organization.
