There is established in the Office for Emergency Management of the Executive Office of the President an Office of War Mobilization which shall be under the direction of a Director of War Mobilization.

Possession of any mine or mines taken under this order shall be terminated by the Secretary of the Interior as soon as he determines that such possession is no longer required for the successful prosecution of the war.
The Secretary of the Interior shall make employment available and provide protection to all employees working at such mines.
The logic of events and our clear and pressing national interest must override our old party controversies.
