We all know that the reduction of Government-created barriers to trade will not solve all our trade problems.

Trade is fundamental to the prosperity of Nations, as it is of individuals.

I do know it will come, and I do know that tonight there are over seven and a half million Americans overseas or fighting afloat in this great war.

That the President appoint a commission for these purposes.
