As their Commander in Chief I call upon you, my fellow Americans, to oversubscribe the 1945 Red Cross War Fund.
The Federal Loan Administrator and the War Food Administrator are hereby designated as additional members of the Economic Stabilization Board.
The Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to take possession of any and all such mines.
It will recommend agricultural policies and advise Nations on their food and agricultural problems, but it will have no power to coerce or command.
