By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the statutes of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows:
All Federal agencies are directed to cooperate with the Secretary of the Interior to the fullest extent possible.
Our participation in the Food and Agriculture Organization will be an essential step in this collaboration.
I hereby exempt the said Harry F. Hawley from compulsory retirement for age for such time as may be deemed necessary, but not to exceed the duration of the present emergency.
