it is hereby ordered that the public lands in Tps. 12 N., Rs. 95 and 96 W. of the sixth principal meridian, Wyoming, be, and the same are hereby, withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, entry, and all forms of appropriation, pending a resurvcy of said townships under the act of May 29, 1908
