The Executive Order of October 20, 1874, withdrawing public lands for lighthouse purposes, and Executive Order No. 4430 of April 23, 1926, withdrawing public lands for classification, are hereby revoked in so far as they affect any of the above-described lands.

It seems obvious that we will be more or less responsible for security in all the Pacific waters.
The Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to take possession of any and all such mines.
Possession of any mine or mines taken under this order shall be terminated by the Secretary of the Interior as soon as he determines that such possession is no longer required for the successful prosecution of the war.
I wish I had the power, just for this evening, to be present at all of these gatherings.
