Roosevelt, President of the United States, pursuant to authority vested in me by said Title I of the National Industrial Recovery Act, and otherwise, do find that said amendment and said Code as constituted after being amended, comply in all respects with the pertinent provisions and will promote the policy and purposes of said Title, and do hereby order that said amendment bo and it hereby is approved, and that previous approval of the amended portions of the Code is hereby modified to include an approval of said portions of the Code in their entirety as amended.”
