I have learned one overarching and critical factor about what we face today, and that is the incredible and often tremendously unfair impact that our import/export policies have upon local, domestic dairy production.

The entire concept of market-driven solutions favors those that you represent, but in my opinion has absolutely nothing to do with the reality that actual dairymen face.
