Much of what we have seen in the past 8 months is not speculative. It is either unethical, immoral, destructive or in fact criminal.

How can this possibly be fair? A farm making $500,000 is not keeping most of that money.

I think your concern, though, is well-founded, because you are talking about an agency that hasn't had to pay attention to these things to the extent of some of the challenges we see with the Department of Homeland Security.
