Sir, can you please provide me an answer in writing for the record, if not today, if there is any way to accelerate the procurement of these aircraft in a hot production line so that finally, as we spend the billions of dollars that we spend in the Department of Defense, we can actually get something to the troops that they need, when they need it, and perhaps before we leave?
