Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 4, after line 11, insert the following: ``(E) An explanation of how the student may seek additional financial assistance from the institution's financial aid office due to a change in the student's financial circumstances, and the contact information for such office. Page 5, strike lines 12 through 16. Page 15, line 15, insert ``and for such amount as is specified by the borrower'' after ``such award year''. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 1049, the gentlewoman from New York (Ms. Stefanik) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from New York.
