Mr. Speaker, in closing, let me say that greater stability and security across the Asia Pacific needs to be a top priority for the United States. Our interests in the alliances in that part of the world are only growing more and more important with each passing day. So when we see a threat like North Korea, we need to work with our partners in the region to respond. That is why our trilateral ties with South Korea and Japan are so important. This is an alliance that has underpinned and will continue to underpin security in Asia for years to come, and we are doing the right thing by voicing our strong support for it. I support this measure, and I ask all my colleagues to support it. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time.
