This is the Palestinian leadership not having the guts to sit down and negotiate a difficult situation. The Palestinian leadership has been throwing all kinds of preconditions out there, saying to Israel, We're not going to sit and negotiate with you unless you do this; we're not going to sit and negotiate with you unless you do that.…”
