Mr. Speaker, in closing, let me again say that this is another example of bipartisan cooperation on the Foreign Affairs Committee. I want to again thank Chairman Royce for being such a great partner in ensuring that important legislation like this passes our Foreign Affairs Committee and the floor of the House in a very bipartisan way. I am proud to support H.R. 938. It reaffirms our mutually beneficial relationship with our great ally, the Jewish State of Israel, at a critically important time. I want to again thank my colleagues, the gentlewoman from Florida (Ms. Ros-Lehtinen) and the gentleman from Florida (Mr. Deutch), for authoring this legislation, and I urge my colleagues to support this. I yield back the balance of my time.
