Mr. Speaker, we cannot overstate the critical role that NATO has played in the history of the 20th century, and for 7 decades, it has been the cornerstone of international security and a force for freedom around the world. I look forward to its continued vitality in defending America and our allies for another 70 years. Mr. Speaker, I urge all Members to support this bill, and I yield back the balance of my time.
