This fund should not be gutted. This bill ignores the progress that the fund is making not only towards saving money but, more importantly, towards saving lives. This bill, again, as I said, bars the funding for Medicaid reimbursement to Planned Parenthood--again, yet another politically motivated attempt to demonize Planned Parenthood based on discredited allegations of wrongdoing.…”
