In closing, I want to once again thank Chairman Royce, Representative Smith of New Jersey, and the Judiciary Committee for their hard work on this legislation. Again, I want to single out Representative Smith for being relentless in this bill. I appreciate the willingness of all interested parties to make the compromises necessary to ensure that this is a truly bipartisan product. The result is an important tool in the fight against child sex tourism and trafficking. I want to thank Chairman Royce as well.
