I want to make it clear to the Assad regime today that the U.S. Congress will never legitimize you.
It is the policy of the United States not to recognize any incorporation of Belarus into a union State with Russia.
That representation should reflect what our country actually looks like.
I urge support of all of these measures including the en bloc package this morning.
