When Israel destroyed a Syrian facility, we found that that facility was planned and arranged and done by North Korea. So there is this collusion of these rogue regimes all throughout the world. Importantly, for the first time, this bill imposes sanctions on foreign entities that provide to or acquire from these countries any goods or technology that could be used for military applications.…”
